HOTEL: The link to reserve your hotel room on the VASS hotel block will be available in your registration confirmation. Be sure to look for that when you submit your registration. If you don't receive it or didn't see it, email c.babb@vassonline.org. Don't delay on registering so you can reserve your room before the block is full.
REGISTRATION HIGHLIGHTS: Registration includes Sunday evening reception, Monday breakfast and lunch, Monday evening reception, and Tuesday breakfast. Plus, we'll keep the coffee for the full program!
DEADLINE: Registration deadline is April 1 at 4 p.m. Late registration may be accepted if space is available for an additional $100 fee.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your registration, please email c.babb@vassonline.org by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025. VASS provides final numbers for food and space to the hotel by Friday, April 11. After this date, VASS is unable to refund attendees who cannot make it. You may send someone else in your place.
