Copy of Child's physical exam (commonly referred to as "School/Camp Form") should be emailed to selanurse@suescuela.com no later then May 1st.
Communal Medication Consent Form (optional) Allergy Form (required if child has allergies) Asthma Form (required if child has asthma) Prescription Medication Consent Form (required if receiving prescribed medications while at school) Infant Daily Schedule (required for all infants) Summer Health Policies Breast Milk and Formula Policy How to Apply Sunscreen safely for Babies and Toddlers Important Update: The Communal Sunscreen that SELA uses, Rocky Mountain Sunscreen, has re-branded to now be called "Coral Isles".
- The formula has not changed, but the packaging and name has. Details can be found HERE
- Note that SELA will move forward with using the Coral Isles version for anyone who has provided permission for the Rocky Mountain version.

Parent Involvement: SELA will open its doors for parents to participate in special classroom activities throughout the summer, keep your eye out for signups, we are excited to see you! SELA sends out Weekly Updates throughout the Summer with important reminders, vocabulary, and photos!

Prior to Your Child's First Day:
- Email school/camp health form to selanurse@suescuela.com by May 1st.
- Review student arrival and dismissal procedures.
- Double check your schedule.
- Download Brightwheel App, add anyone who will be helping with Arrival/Dismissal as an “approved pickup” to each individual child’s profile in the App. *we will not accept/dismiss your student to anyone not added within the app.
- Attend the Parent Info Night (optional) if you’re curious about what to expect for summer.
- If your child is nervous, review the “transitioning to SELA” doc on the Resource page, and feel free to reach out to Admissions to schedule a time for them to visit the school and become comfortable in the space.
- Reach out to a member of admin should you have any final questions before the first day.
