Every two years, Radius Indiana conducts the Radius Region Wage & Benefits Survey to collect valuable data about wages and benefits offered by employers throughout our region.



This information helps Radius better understand and promote our regional workforce, support existing businesses, and provide useful data to companies considering locating or expanding in the Radius region.



Businesses that complete the survey will receive a summary of the survey results. In previous years, employers have found this information especially valuable for comparing their wages and benefits with those offered by other businesses across the region.
