Fitness Class Descriptions

"Lite" Classes

  • "Lite" Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities.
  • Exercises are performed in less demanding positions (either standing or seated) but are designed to enhance overall functional strength, cardio, stability, mobility, joint range of motion, hand eye co-ordination, and neuroplasticity.
  • Tempo is slower and easy to follow. Seated options provided if needed.
  • Strength Based Workout
  • Equipment: Dumbbells & Resistance Tubing
  • Optional: 9" Pilates Ball or Tennis Ball


  • Cardio Box & Yoga Tabata Workout
  • Easy To Follow Slower Tempo Music
  • Equipment: Balance Prop (Chair/ Counter)
  • Cardio & Strength Based Tabata Workout
  • Equipment: Dumbbells & Resistance Tubing
  • Optional: 9" Pilates Ball or Tennis Ball


Express "Lite" Classes

  • "Lite" Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities.
  • Express classes are 20-30 Minutes.
  • Exercises are performed in less demanding positions (either standing or seated) but are designed to enhance overall functional strength, stability, mobility, joint range of motion, hand eye co-ordination, and neuroplasticity.
  • Gentle Mat Core & Pilates Mobility Workout
  • Equipment: Mat, 45-55" Stability Ball & 9" Pilates Ball
  • Strength & Yoga Flow Tabata Workout
  • Equipment: Balance Prop (Chair), Dumbbells, 9" Pilates Ball

"Next Level" Pilates, Core, Mindfulness, & Recovery Classes

  • These Mat Classes are suitable for a variety of fitness levels, and abilities.
  • Exercise modifications are provided for different intensity and mobility levels.
  • "Lite" Pilates Core Sculpt features gentle, less advanced core exercises.
  • Mat Pilates Core Workout
  • Equipment: Mat, Stability Ball, & Light Dumbbells
  • Self Myofascial Release (aka Self Massage)
  • Position options provided
  • Equipment: SMR Tools
  • Mat Pilates Core Workout + Guided Mediation

"Next Level" Fitness Classes

  • "Next Level" Classes are suitable for a variety of fitness levels, and are designed to enhance overall functional strength, cardio, stability, mobility, and joint range of motion.
  • Exercises are performed in more challenging positions at higher intensities (compared to the "lite" classes) but modifications and intensity options are provided.
  • Strength Based Workout
  • Equipment: Mat, Dumbbells, Resistance Tubing & Stability Ball
  • Optional: 9" Pilates Ball
  • Cardio Box & Yoga Tabata Workout
  • Faster Tempo Music For Box Cardio
  • Optional Equipment: Balance Prop
