Tai Ji Practice

Fridays

Tai Ji offers an opportunity to center ourselves, cultivate presence, and move in harmony with the rhythms of our bodies and the world around us. Together, we move through a 10-step Tai Ji sequence passed down to us by Norma Ryuko Kawelokū Wong Roshi, a practice rooted in balance, flow, and connection. Whether you seek grounding, gentle movement, or simply the warmth of practicing in community, you are welcome here.

Tai Ji is offered every Friday at 8 AM HT / 11 AM PT / 12 PM MT / 1 PM CT / 2 PM ET / 9 PM EAT.

MMIP Awareness Day in Idaho

Monday, May 5th

The Indigenous Idaho Alliance, in collaboration with Indigenous Creatives and the Idaho Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence is proud to announce the upcoming 5th Anniversary of MMIP Awareness in Idaho, a powerful event dedicated to honoring the lives of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP), raising awareness about the ongoing crisis, and mobilizing action toward justice. This full-day event will take place on Monday, May 5, 2025, and will bring together tribal leaders, survivors, victim advocates, lawmakers, law enforcement, and community members.

This event aims to amplify voices that have too often been silenced and to continue building for meaningful change. We invite the public, policymakers, advocates, and allies to join us for this important day of action and reflection. Together, we can honor the past, address the present, and create a future where our communities are safe and justice is achieved.
