Is Wayroo required for Jordies?

No. Wayroo is completely optional. Essential Jordan Essentials training, documents, tools and shareables will continue to be available through JEU.

Is Wayroo free?

Wayroo is free for all consultants through August 31. Beginning September 1, it will be available as an optional upgrade for $4.95 per month.

What is included with the $4.95 upgrade?

The upgrade includes both:

⭐️ The Wayroo mobile app

⭐️ The Pro version of your Jordan Essentials back office

Together, these give you additional business tools and insights through both the app and your web-based back office.

What if I currently pay for Pro access?

Pro access currently costs $6 per month. Beginning September 1, it will be rolled into the Wayroo upgrade. You will receive both Wayroo and Pro access for the new combined price of $4.95 per month.

Does the $10 monthly web fee change?

No. Your standard $10 monthly web fee remains the same and continues to provide access to your replicated website and standard back-office tools.

The optional $4.95 Wayroo and Pro upgrade is separate.

What happens if I do not choose the upgrade?

You will continue to have your replicated website and standard back-office access through your regular $10 monthly web fee. You will also continue to find essential training, documents, tools and shareables in JEU.

Is Wayroo replacing JEU?

No. JEU will remain our complete training and resource destination. Wayroo provides a convenient, mobile-friendly way to access many of those resources while also offering app-specific sharing tools, notifications and personalized business insights.

What will happen to Boards?

Boards will remain available but will be used strictly for weekly and monthly shareables and party content.

Can I share content directly from Wayroo?

Yes. You can find current images, share them directly from the app and copy ready-to-use captions and messaging. Personalize the copy, then share it through text, social media or another supported app.

Are inventory and eCommerce available now?

Not yet. These capabilities are part of Wayroo’s larger platform and may be introduced to Jordan Essentials consultants in the future. Details & timing will be shared before additional features become available.
