• The world of work is at an inflection point, as the Industrial Age gives way to the Digital Age. Organizational leadership must anticipate and respond to the demographic, technological and economic drivers of change in systems that provide human capital. For those charged with educating and training the workers of both today and tomorrow, redesigning for the future while simultaneously maintaining current systems will be difficult. The transition will be one of our greatest as community and technical colleges shift to the Second Curve. Pima Community College leadership will describe why and how Pima leadership and area businesses collaborated on micropathways (branded as PimaFastTrack), which provides adult learners with fast, low-cost, non-credit, skills-based training and industry-recognized credentials leading to careers that pay family-sustaining wages.

OPTIONAL TOURS: Gateway Technical College is offering additional optional campus tours that NC3 Leadership Summit registrants can attend post-event on Friday, July 22. If you would like to participate in some or all of these complimentary tours, you will need to register for them specifically in our 2022 NC3 Annual Leadership Summit registration form by checking each tour that you would like to attend. If/when you register for any or all of these optional campus tours, NC3 will connect you directly with the Gateway team.

*Important Note: You must provide your own transportation for these optional campus tours on Friday, July 22. Gateway will NOT be providing food and beverages before or during these tours.

During the 2022 NC3 Annual Leadership Summit, we will be hosting 3 breakout sessions on Thursday, July 21:

Pre-registration is required for these breakout sessions. In our registration form, you must select one breakout session topic from each session. Topics will close once they hit capacity and will be removed from our registration form.

Any breakout session topic with less than 15 registrants is subject to cancellation. In the case of a cancellation, registrants will be notified by email and will be given the option to choose another topic to attend.

Event Registration & Pricing

Registration is required to attend the 2022 NC3 Annual Leadership Summit. This year we are adhering to a registration capacity and registration is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• NC3 Leadership School Members will receive 2 registrations at no cost as a membership benefit. Please register each representative individually. Additional registrations are $299 USD each.

• Non-NC3 Leadership School Members can register to attend for $299 USD each.

• NC3 Global Industry Partners will receive 3 complimentary registrations.

• Local/Regional Industry Partner, Representative, or Distributor registrations are $299 USD each.

• Event Speakers & Panelists will receive complimentary registration.

Once you register, you will immediately receive an email with your registration form submission information. Within 10-14 business days from the date you registered, you will also receive an invoice from NC3 (if applicable).

If you plan on attending the New Member Orientation on Wednesday, July 20, we recommend you plan to arrive to the Racine/Kenosha area on Tuesday, July 19. The full conference "Welcome Reception" for all attendees will begin at 5:00 pm Central Time on Wednesday, July 20 and our Full Conference will begin at 7:30 am Central Time on Thursday, July 21.

Transportation: All attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the event. Please rent a car, if necessary. If you register for our New Member Orientation on Wednesday, July 20, NC3 will provide buses for travel between campuses during this portion of the event. Pick-up and drop-off for the New Member Orientation will be at Gateway's Racine Campus Conference Center.

Hotel Reservations: Two discounted room blocks in the Racine/Kenosha area have EXTENDED their reservation deadlines to NC3 Annual Leadership Summit registrants for reservations between July 19 - 22, 2022. Book your room as soon as you can because rooms are filling up quickly!

Need an extended stay? If you plan to arrive before July 19 and/or to depart after July 22, please call the sales director of each hotel and mention the “NC3 Leadership” hotel block to try to extend your stay. Block rates are not guaranteed for extended stays, but each hotel will do its best to accommodate you.

Are you an event speaker and/or industry partner who will be arriving early? Discounted room blocks for LS are available starting on July 17 at SpringHill Suites or starting on July 19 at the 3 other hotels listed above. If you plan to arrive early to set up for Train-the-Trainer 48, please let Haley Lechner know your planned arrival date and book your hotel in one of the TTT hotel blocks listed on the TTT event microsite.

Attire: Please dress in business casual and/or wear a school logo'd shirt.

Meals: We will be serving food and beverages on-site during this event as noted above. If you have any dietary restrictions and/or allergies we need to be aware of, please state them specifically in your registration form.
