| Please read through the Registration Page and Registration Form CAREFULLY, as there have been additional changes this year.
- The hotel block is currently sold out. Please email Dianne (dohoney@gahca.com) to be placed on the wait list. She will work through the wait list on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Dues MUST be paid prior to registration. ALL registration fees must be paid prior to your attendance at the Convention.
- The Chairman's Dinner will be Saturday, April 25th. Plan for dinner on your own Thursday & Friday.
- Gifts this year will be a pair of running shoes. We will be providing one pair to you and to your spouse/guest. Each of you must be fitted and order your shoes during Registration Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
- If for any reason you need to cancel your room, DO NOT do so through the Ritz. Email Dianne so that the room can go back into our block.
- The confirmation email does NOT list the spouse/guest or children's names.
- You must wear your name badge at ALL GHCA-sponsored events inside the Ritz.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have registered and are unable to attend the convention, please email Dianne (must be in writing) by Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Prior to that date refunds will be processed, minus a $100 processing charge per registration. After March 31, 2026 only substitutions will be allowed, and no refunds will be issued.
