Aging Onward 2026

undefined

Join us for our third annual conference, Building Stronger Dementia Supports, a dynamic and forward-focused event designed for professionals, caregivers, and community members committed to improving the lives of those affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia.

This year’s conference goes beyond awareness. It tackles the real-world challenges individuals and families face every day and more importantly, the gaps that still exist in support systems. Attendees will gain practical tools, fresh perspectives, and direct access to resources that can make an immediate difference.

We are bringing together a powerful lineup of expert voices, including representatives from the Alzheimer's Association, experienced physicians, caregiver support leaders, and a local judge offering insight into the legal complexities that often accompany cognitive decline. Each session is designed to cut through confusion and provide actionable guidance.

Whether you are working in healthcare, supporting a loved one, or shaping community response, this conference will challenge assumptions, spark meaningful conversations, and equip you with the knowledge to build stronger, more responsive dementia support systems.

Because the reality is this: dementia care isn’t getting simpler—and the need for informed, coordinated support has never been greater.

Join us this summer and be part of the solution.
