| •$12,000 + $200/month participation fee; valid for three (3) years. After three years, the agreement will be reviewed and may be renewed with no additional deposit required. •In addition to the priority established for residency, Future Resident enjoys the following benefits of the Future Residency Program. Future Residents may select one of the two participation options listed below. Please notify the marketing team of your preference upon submitting this agreement. Option A: Full Participation with $200 Monthly Amenities Fee Future Residents who choose to fully participate in the Landing Club+ experience will pay a $200 monthly amenities fee. This grants access to the following benefits:
- A $500 meal credit in the Trinity Landing Restaurants, Café, or Private Dining Room (with prior reservations).
- Use of community common areas including the Auditorium, Library, Club Room, Art Studio, Wellness Center, Indoor Swimming Pool, and other designated recreational and amenity areas (with prior reservations).
- Participation in scheduled social, recreational, educational, cultural, spiritual, arts, and wellness programs, including water aerobics and other group activities.
- An annual health and wellness assessment conducted by Saltwater Wellness staff.
Option B: Waitlist Access with Standard Landing Club Benefits – No Monthly Fee Future Residents who decline the monthly fee will maintain their current Landing Club membership benefits, including priority placement on the Landing Club+ waitlist and continued communication from the Trinity Landing team. This option does not include the additional amenity access, dining credits, or increased event participation provided in Option A.
