| •$12,000 + $200/month participation fee; valid for three (3) years. After three years, the agreement will be reviewed and may be renewed with no additional deposit required. • Priority on the ready list for immediate move-in opportunities. • Access to the Waitlist Portal, annual newsletter, 4 quarterly event invitations, use of the fitness center, and a $500 annual meal credit. • Access to amenities such as wellness classes, the Seascape Day Spa, regular Trinity Landing announcements, dining menus, our calendar of events, and much more! • If plans change, $10,500 of the deposit is refundable. Alternatively, the full $12,000 will be applied toward the entry fee at the time of move-in. |
