Geared for athletes ages 8 and up, of all sports and skill level, our comprehensive programming is designed around the physical and mental demands of sports with the specific goals and needs of each individual athlete.
All athletes begin with an initial evaluation to determine which training path best suits their individual needs. Training is provided in a group setting with plenty of coaches on hand to ensure the safety and effectiveness of programming for all participants.
Ages 8 and up will focus on building a solid athletic foundation by working mostly on speed, agility and quickness.
Upper middle school and high school athletes will continue to build upon that foundation with strength and power making them more well-rounded and injury resistant athletes.
