| In a world that often pulls us toward disconnection, urgency, and emotional exhaustion, Metta Sangha offers a space to slow down, soften the heart, and reconnect with compassion as a living practice. Rooted in the Buddhist tradition of loving-kindness (metta) and enriched through an integrative, heart-centered approach, this weekly online gathering supports cultivating deeper compassion for ourselves, for others, and for the world we inhabit together. This is more than a meditation class. It is a relational practice space — one that invites greater emotional resilience, authentic connection, and the courage to meet life with presence and care. Together, we explore practices that support:
- softening emotional contraction
- cultivating compassion and self-kindness
- regulating the nervous system through breath and presence
- strengthening relational awareness and empathy
- bringing loving awareness into everyday interactions
- creating spaces where others feel safe, seen, and valued
Each session may include:
- guided loving-kindness meditation
- breathwork for grounding and emotional regulation
- silence and reflective sharing
- contemplative teachings and heart-centered inquiry
This community is open to both experienced Buddhist practitioners and anyone drawn to compassion-centered spiritual practice, emotional healing, mindfulness, or relational growth. Whether you are seeking deeper inner connection, supportive community, or practices that help you move through life with greater openness and care, you are warmly welcome here.
