The NPSAR Board of Directors have created the "Laura Bird Memorial Fund" in honor of NPSAR's 2023 President, Laura Bird, who passed away in October of 2023.
Funds raised will be donated to local Skagit and Island County high schools' music booster club programs to help them buy musical instruments for their students.
Laura's son, Shane, is a talented musician, and Laura was a music lover herself. |
