Complete Wellness Promotion

Earn $300 for your HRA by completing three steps at either the Carpenters Center for Health or any of the MCL Health Centers. See below for more details.

Step 1

Annual Physical with a doctor or nurse practitioner and a blood test* at the Health Center.

Step 2

60 minute consultation virtually or in-person with the Health Center Clinical Behavioral Health Therapist.

Step 3

Follow-up appointment to review results virtually or in-person.

*The following tests will be conducted: Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Complete Blood Count (CBC) Test, Cholesterol and Lipid Panel Test, Diabetes Risk (HbA1c) Test, and PSA testing (for men who are eligible).

Appointment Deadlines

This promotion will run through July 31, 2025. Initial appointments must be made by June 1, 2025. This means that your annual physical and blood test and your behavioral health consultation must be scheduled before June 1, 2025 to be eligible for the promotion.

All steps must be completed in order to be eligible for the promotion.
