Day 0: Depart the US from Boston or NY

Day 1: Arrival in Berlin

Touch down in Berlin and settle in. In the evening, get to know your fellow travellers over a light dinner featuring local flavours — the perfect warm-up to your festive adventure.

Day 2: Discover Berlin’s History & Christmas Charm

See the iconic sights of Berlin with a Local Expert: Brandenburg Gate, remnants of the Berlin Wall, Reichstag Building, and more. Then, soak in the Christmas magic at the famous Gendarmenmarkt square, sparkling with stalls and festive spirit.

Optional extras: Explore Cold War history with visits to the Berlin Wall Memorial and Checkpoint Charlie, or enjoy a traditional dinner with live music followed by a nighttime city lights tour.

Day 3: Leipzig’s Musical Legacy & Christmas Market

Travel south to Leipzig, where you’ll visit the historic Thomaskirche (home of Bach). Wander the medieval market square and experience one of Germany’s prettiest Christmas markets with its traditional stalls and seasonal treats. Then move on to Dresden.

Day 4: Dresden’s Baroque Beauty & Christmas Delights

Day 7: Munich – Tradition & Festive Flair
