These are the instructions to create an account to access our online directory.

Step 1: Go to https://tpcarlington.churchtrac.com

Step 2: Create an account.

Note: If the name or email you use is different from the one we have on file for you. The account you create will not be able to access your profile or directory until you are verified. You will receive an email with instructions once you are verified.

Step 3: Update your profile.

Please check that your information is correct. This is what the church has on file and it may not have been updated for a while.

• You can leave the family role blank. 
• Please make your formal greeting what you want a mailing label to say. For example, Ben and Larissa Stewart, The Stewart Household, or Ben Stewart. You can change it later if you don’t like it.  
• Your information automatically saves so don’t look for the save button.

Step 4: Once your profile is updated to access the online directory you will need to be verified on the database. This will be done by a member of the database team who will then email you to let you know that you've been verified.

Step 5: Once verified, you can access the online directory by logging in, and then on the left side of the page there is a link to the Online Directory.

After you click on it, at the top of the page, there is an option in the directory to manage what other people see, please go into it.

Here you can choose what other people can and cannot see.

We ask that you consider selecting (at a minimum) the names, photo, and at least one way for people to contact your family.

Success! Now, you can access the online directory, see upcoming events, and see your giving records all in one place.

To easily access it, you can go to https://tpcarlington.churchtrac.com or you can install something similar to an app, called Church Connect, on your phone.
