Letters from Cuba

A small team from Killearn went this past February to visit our sister Methodist church in Barajagua, Cuba. Several church members wrote letters to share with you. Click the button below to connect with our brothers and sister in Christ from the Methodist Church of Barajagua.

REFUGEES

Thank you for the generous donations that continue to come in, we have been able to bless so many families! The ongoing need is for rugs, couches, end tables, and coffee tables. Right now we are looking for a washer/dryer, tv, sewing machine, and summer clothes for ages 3-11 years. We also need help delivering items to the families. For more information, contact Jim Flury.

Join us and other churches across Tallahassee to serve breakfast in the Frenchtown neighborhood. It's a great and easy way to serve on a Saturday morning. Come on Saturday, May 4, June 1, July 6, or August 3. Visit the website below for more information about the Frenchtown breakfast.

Thanks to our volunteers and donors and all who have made possible the work iServe does with your time and donations. In 2024, we have served and made homes safer for 67 persons in a variety of ways.  We have built Mini-Ramps, Ramps, Steps or Half Steps and Hand Rails for 13 persons and installed grab bars in 46 homes, taking the love of Christ into the community in a tangible way. We recently surpassed the 2130 mark for service opportunities completed since the inception of iServe in 2013.

We are always looking for volunteers for all projects. Click here to join our iServe team!
