Giddy up, it's time for SunCrest's Annual BBQ! Join us on August 15 from 12 to 2 pm in the Village Green for Country-themed food and fun!

Here's what to expect:

• Petting Zoo with Pony Rides
• Carnival Midway Games: Rope the Bull, Can Smash, and Duck Pond

This is a FREE community event you won't want to miss!

Bring your SunCrest Amenity ID card or other proof of residency to receive a wristband at the check-in table! This event is limited to SunCrest residents and their accompanying guests, and wristbands are required to receive food and participate in all activities.

Dive In Movie: Lilo & Stitch (2025)

Friday, August 21 | 8:30 pm | Pool Deck

Let's celebrate the first week back-to-school with a splash at SunCrest's Dive In Movie Night! Bring your floaties and clear inflatables to relax in the pool while we enjoy the movie!

All water amenities will be turned off at 8:00 pm while we set up for the movie. But stick around to enjoy a showing of Lilo & Stitch (2025) starting at 8:30 pm!

While you wait for the movie to start, grab a soda, courtesy of our sponsor, Skyline Real Estate Group!

To ensure a safe event for all, the following restrictions will be in place for the Dive In Movie:

• Since the movie starts after dark, anyone under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
• Lifeguards will be present during the event, but responsible adult supervision is still required for all children under 14.
• Large flotation devices that accommodate multiple people are permitted; however, they must be transparent/clear to allow lifeguards to see underneath. Personal flotation devices in any color are welcome!

Concert in the Park: Sonic Duke

Friday, September 4 | 6 pm - 8 pm | Village Green

Join us for SunCrest's Summer Concert Series! On the first Friday of each month, June through September, we're bringing live music and delicious food trucks straight to the Village Green.

One more song! One more song! For the last concert in our series, we are excited to introduce Sonic Duke! Grab your lawn chair, gather your friends and family, and head to the Village Green. Kick back, unwind, and enjoy live entertainment in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Bring your appetite! Our Food Truck Night is happening right alongside the concert, featuring the fan-favorite Strippin Dippin Chicken.

Dinner plans made simple! Swing by the Village Green on Friday, September 4, between 6 and 8 pm to grab dinner from the Strippin Dippin Chicken food truck. Stay and enjoy the concert with Sonic Duke, or grab your food to go!

Fall Community Yard Sale

Saturday, September 26 | 9 am - 1 pm | Village Green

Our Fall Community Yard Sale is coming up on September 26! Now is the time to register to participate.

You can choose to set up your display at the Village Green or at your own property. We will create a map that includes all participating homes, making it easy for everyone to plan their yard-sale shopping excursions!

If you'd like to set up your display at the Village Green, remember to bring your own blankets, tables, or other supplies you need to be successful!

The deadline to register your yard for inclusion on the map is Friday, September 25, by 2 pm.
