Join us for SunCrest's Summer Concert Series! On the first Friday of each month, June through September, we're bringing live music and delicious food trucks straight to the Village Green.

One more song! One more song! For the last concert in our series, we are excited to introduce Sonic Duke! Grab your lawn chair, gather your friends and family, and head to the Village Green. Kick back, unwind, and enjoy live entertainment in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Bring your appetite! Our Food Truck Night is happening right alongside the concert, featuring the fan-favorite Strippin Dippin Chicken.

Casino Night: 80's Backstage Pass

Test your luck at this year's Casino Night! We invite you to dress on theme: whether that's simply throwing on your favorite 80's band tee or dressing all out in 80's rock glam!

Bring your SunCrest Amenity ID card or other proof of residency to be admitted to the event. This free event is exclusive to SunCrest residents and their invited guests (up to two per party). A valid photo ID showing you are 21+ must be presented to consume alcoholic beverages.

Fall Community Yard Sale

Saturday, September 26 | 9 am - 1 pm | Village Green & Participating Homes

Our Fall Community Yard Sale is coming up on September 26! Now is the time to register to participate.

You can choose to set up your display at the Village Green or at your own property. We will create a map that includes all participating homes, making it easy for everyone to plan their yard-sale shopping excursions!

If you'd like to set up your display at the Village Green, remember to bring your own blankets, tables, or other supplies you need to be successful!

The deadline to register your yard for inclusion on the map is Friday, September 25, by 2 pm.

Spooky Movie in the Park: Hocus Pocus

Friday, October 2 | 7:30 pm | Village Green

Calling all ghouls and ghosts! Get ready for SunCrest's Spooky Movie in the Park. This year, we'll be watching the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus!

We'll start the movie right at 7:30 pm, so plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and get cozy with your blankets and lawn chairs. We'll have smores and cider while supplies last!
