Are you frustrated by some aspect of your business? Are you working silly hours? Not making enough money or cannot put your finger on what’s wrong?

Around 60% of start-ups will go bust within their first three years. The owners did not set out to fail. When they started, they would have intended the business to thrive and them have an enviable work life balance. If a business survives the formative years the owners will expect the business to become their pension pot in later life. So,

·      What can you do to survive the first few years?

·      What is the structure of a business which gives you an enviable lifestyle?

·      What do you need to do to build a business that will provide an income after you stop work?

Build Studios are hosting a free workshop - at the workshop, you will learn about the drivers that have been statistically proven to ensure a business will thrive, be easy to manage and can be built into a valuable asset to be sold or passed on one day.
