As we prepare for GO TELL Camp this summer, please see information below regarding camp at Mississippi College on July 13-17.

Medical Release Forms:


Everyone attending GO TELL Camp is required to have a completed, signed medical release form on file with our camp nurse.

Please see links below to complete & submit the medical release form online.

On the Thank You page after submitting your form, please download and print/save the form.

Turn a copy in to your youth leader along with a copy of the insurance card, if applicable.

Waiver for Baptist Healthplex at Mississippi College


During the week of camp, the Baptist Healthplex will be available during afternoon hours for our group to use for indoor activities. This venue requires a signed waiver prior to arriving. Please click below and complete the online waiver.

Once you complete and sign the waiver, please save/print the waiver on the thank you page and give to your youth leader.

Prayer Requests & What to Bring List
