The Boulevard Spring Scavenger Hunt: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Boulevard, Amherst is hiding eggs for our community to find during a fun Spring Scavenger Hunt giveaway. The Boulevard Spring Scavenger Hunt begins at 12:00 P.M. EST on March 25, 2024 and ends when the last hidden egg is found. Clues will be posted to The Boulevard Facebook & Instagram accounts periodically until all eggs are claimed.  

2.   SCAVENGER HUNT AREA

Eggs will be hidden around The Boulevard Amherst plaza. Eggs will be hidden in outdoor locations, only. Eggs will NOT be hidden in the street or in the parking lots. Eggs will NOT be hidden inside of any stores, restaurants, or shops.

3. HOW TO PLAY:

To enter the giveaway, participants must be the first person to locate one of the thirty (30) hidden eggs and follow the attached instructions. Limit of one (1) prize per eligible person. The Boulevard reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any entry. By participating in the scavenger hunt, participants agree to abide by the following Official Rules.

4. PRIZES:

Grand Prize: One-night hotel stay at Buffalo Lodging Hotel in the Buffalo, NY area.

• One (1) winner will receive a voucher for a one-night hotel stay that can be redeemed at a select Buffalo Lodging Hotel in the Buffalo, NY area
• Winner must be the first to find the golden egg hidden within the defined area and complete the entry form.
• No prize substitutions or cash redemption will be made.

Other Prizes: $10 gift card to shop or eatery at The Boulevard

• Thirty (30) winners will each receive a $10 gift card to a business at The Boulevard.
• Winners must be the first to find one the hidden eggs within the defined area and complete the entry form.
• No prize substitutions or cash redemption will be made.
• Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of Prize, pending winner verification.

5.   GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating and searching for an egg in the Boulevard Spring Scavenger Hunt, each entrant acknowledges that they have read these Official Rules.
