Emily Stuecker is the producer and host of this special feature celebrating WiSE student leaders from a variety of STEM majors. She conducts interviews to learn what they perceive as the importance and impact of WiSE, and ultimately WHY WiSE? The hope is that these stories will encourage other WiSE students to make meaningful connections, excel in their studies, and become leaders in WiSE and in their communities.
Emilyis a sophomore studying Event Management and Public Relations here at Iowa State University. She is part of the Communications Team at WiSE and loves the opportunities it offers her to be creative, as well as the great team she gets to work with. In Emily's free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and staying busy through the many activities she's involved in, including being a leader for Delight Women's Ministry and a director for The Fashion Show. She is excited about the chance to interview many amazing people and to hear their 'why' behind WiSE.
Emily loves a good chat! When you see her be sure to say "hi" and sit down for a visit!
