As we prepare to close the doors of our Bakersfield Harris BBQ location, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us over the past two years. From the very beginning, our goal was simple - to serve authentic barbecue with genuine hospitality while becoming a part of the Bakersfield and Kern County community. Your support, encouragement, and loyalty made that possible, and for that, we are truly thankful.
To our incredible team members, thank you. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to serving our guests each day helped build something we are proud of. You represented Harris BBQ with professionalism, kindness, and pride, and we are deeply grateful for each of you.
We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Bolthouse Properties for believing in our vision and supporting our efforts to bring Harris BBQ to the neighborhood. We are thankful for the partnership and the opportunity they provided.
While this chapter in Bakersfield is coming to a close, Harris BBQ is not going away. We are excited to continue serving our signature barbecue at our Coalinga location.
