Southeast BDR Tour

with Jocelin Snow & Chad Warner

October 29th - November 8th 2026

Ride the complete Southeast Backcountry Discovery Route (SEBDR) with BDR board member Jocelin Snow and BDR Ambassador Chad Warner as your trusty tour guides. The SEBDR is approximately 1,300 miles of epic dual-sport adventure from the sugar-white sands of Navarre Beach, Florida, to Damascus, Virginia. The timing is ideal, riding this route in the fall offers great weather and incredible fall foliage views.

You’ll travel through six states and experience an extraordinary progression of terrain and culture: deep sand and pine forests of the Florida Panhandle, rolling red-clay farm roads and historic sites in Alabama, rugged forest service roads of the Chattahoochee and Talladega National Forests in Georgia, and the rocky, scenic ridgelines and river valleys of the Southern Appalachians in Tennessee and North Carolina. Expect overlooks, waterfalls, twisty back roads, optional harder sections, small-town southern hospitality, and the kind of variety that makes a true multi-day adventure.

Who This Tour Is For:

The SEBDR is rated moderate overall (mostly gravel and forest roads with occasional rocky or sandy stretches). Optional harder alternates add challenge when desired. It is well suited to riders with solid intermediate dual-sport or adventure-bike experience who are comfortable on paved and unpaved roads in varying conditions.
