It is with mixed emotions that we reach out to you today. After an incredible 33 years of service, we must share some significant news regarding Tennessee Fitness Spa. While it brings us sadness to say, we have decided to close our doors. This decision has not been easy, as you, our devoted staff, and the Spa itself, have been an essential part of our lives.

The time has come for us to explore new horizons, but rest assured, the cherished memories we've made together will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

As part of this transition, we have made the decision to put the property, and potentially the Spa business, up for sale. While we have not listed it yet, we are open to discussions with potential buyers. For those of you who have made deposits or payments on or after November 26, 2022, and have been unable to utilize them, we want to ensure you are taken care of. According to our cancellation policy, the $100 deposit "may be used for a future reservation within 12 months of your canceled reservation." We deeply appreciate your unwavering dedication and loyalty throughout our many years of operation. Our time at the Spa has been an incredible journey, and we wouldn't trade it for anything. We are profoundly grateful that each of you has been a part of it.

As we close this chapter, we also open ourselves to new possibilities. The property holds great potential for various business ventures, such as a retreat or camp, trail riders club, hunting camp, rehabilitation center, tiny house community, RV park, and more.

We want to express our heartfelt thanks for being a part of our extended Tennessee Fitness Spa family. Your support and camaraderie have made this journey truly remarkable.
