WHAT TO EXPECT:
- One-to-One Mentorship: We pair volunteers with children facing challenges, providing them with positive support and guidance.
- Personalized Matching: Whether you enjoy hiking, sports, arts, gaming, or simply spending time together, we do our best to match you with a Little who shares your interests and can benefit from your unique perspective.
- Flexible & Fun Meetups: Mentors and mentees meet 2-4 times a month, engaging in free or low-cost activities approved by the child’s guardian.
- One-Year Commitment: Mentors commit to at least one year, ensuring stability and meaningful impact.
- Ongoing Support: BBBSU provides continuous resources and guidance to mentors, mentees, and families throughout the program.

We match caring adult mentors ("Bigs") with children ("Littles") who face adversity, providing guidance, encouragement and a consistent presence in their lives. Together, these matches help Littles gain confidence, build skills and create brighter pathways to success.
