SCA Junior Cheer Choreography Clinic is Saturday, September 10th
In preparation for the Junior Cheerleaders pregame show, the coaches have scheduled a Professional Choreography Session Saturday, September 10th from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm in the gym. Students will be taught a routine, which includes stunts, cheer dance, jumps, and tumbling by a professional choreographer.
Lunch and snacks will be provided for the Junior Cheerleaders. They need to come in appropriate practice gear and shoes, hair pulled up out of their face, no jewelry, no earring studs, and bring a water bottle for the refill station. Pick up procedure will be the same as regular practice.
Students in grades 2nd-5th don't need prior cheer or tumbling experience to join the SCA Junior Cheer Team for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. SCA Junior Cheerleaders will learn basic tumbling skills, stunting, and cheer skills throughout the cheer season. They will also learn a routine during several cheer clinics and will perform the routine before SCA’s home basketball games and House Assemblies.
***Practices are Every WEDNESDAY from 3:45-5:15 starting SEPTEMBER 7th***
