2026 Summer/Fall edition

Hello! Can you believe we're already more than halfway through 2026? Summer seems to fly by, so make the most of the warm and sunny weather. Do you have any bucket list trips coming up? I recently completed training on Viking cruises, which offer ocean, river, and expedition cruising. They're a great fit for those 55+ who prefer a quieter ship experience without children or casinos. My husband and I are planning a weeklong trip to Finland in July to visit relatives, and our son, who's serving in the army in Estonia, will join us. If you're looking to reduce stress and find calmness, incorporating breathwork into your routine can help you achieve balance. Lastly, if you're considering a trip with friends or family, I can assist in coordinating the details and ensuring a smooth planning process. I'm here to help plan your next dream vacation!

Viking River Cruises

Viking River Cruises offers luxurious and intimate journeys along the world's most scenic rivers, featuring culturally enriching experiences and personalized service. Travelers choose Viking for its elegant ships, immersive itineraries, and the opportunity to explore destinations in-depth with knowledgeable guides.

Finland

Finland is known for its stunning natural landscapes, including vast forests, thousands of lakes, and the magical Northern Lights. Visitors are drawn to Finland for its unique blend of vibrant cities like Helsinki, rich cultural heritage, and outdoor adventures such as hiking, skiing, and exploring the serene wilderness.

In May 2026, I sailed on the MSC Seaside for a 4-night cruise out of Miami. The ship stopped in Nassau Bahamas, and it overnighted at their private island "Ocean Cay". This cruise line prices well & the short cruise (4 nights) is a great "1st time" cruise experience.

Fitness Trends for 2026

Breathwork

Fitness has been shifting into a holistic perspective for some time now. Not just the physical aspect of it, but with how overall mental, physical, and spiritual health can affect longevity. The brain/body connection is coming forth more and more in fitness space. It could shift into full meditation or breathwork classes centered around intentional breathing, meditation, and light movement. These types of practices could be great to include in your fitness regimen if you have a hard time "slowing down", want to learn more about meditation, and/or need stress relief.
