The Statewide Media Collaborative Workgroup Meetings held at least monthly on the third Tuesday of the month
Workgroup Members:
- Act as functional experts in their respective skills and knowledge
- Attend regular Zoom meetings (1-3 per month)
- Contribute to workgroup efforts and common goals, not just their own catchment area needs/goals
- Attempt to reach consensus whenever possible
- Complete assigned tasks between meetings and be prepared to actively participate in meetings
- Provide updates to other ATFC grantees after each meeting or as often as needed
- Solicit input from other grantees in order to support or decline a recommendation
- Gather and relay feedback from their area to the workgroup whenever needed
