This past July, devastating floods swept through the Highland Lakes region, leaving families and neighbors facing immense hardship. In this critical time of need, The Ark of Highland Lakes, a dedicated 501(c)(3) organization, has been on the front lines providing immediate, essential aid to those affected. To support their vital work, we invite you to participate in a special charity raffle with a chance to win an incredible prize.
This raffle is conducted by Sheltering a Nation Inc., a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all net proceeds will directly benefit The Ark of Highland Lakes to help our neighbors rebuild their lives.

How to Enter the Raffle

Legal Disclaimer / Terms and Conditions
1. The Raffle: This raffle is conducted by Sheltering a Nation Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization qualified to conduct raffles under the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act. All proceeds will be used for the charitable purposes of Sheltering a Nation Inc., with net funds granted to The Ark of Highland Lakes to provide aid to victims of the July 2025 floods.
2. How to Enter: Tickets are $100.00 each. A maximum of 250 tickets will be sold. You may purchase as many tickets as you wish until the cap is reached. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. The Drawing: The winning ticket will be drawn on September 30th, 2025, or when the 250-ticket cap is reached, whichever occurs first. If the prize cannot be awarded on the scheduled date, the drawing may be postponed to a new date no later than 30 days after the original date. If the prize is not awarded within that 30-day period, all ticket purchasers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
4. The Prize: The Grand Prize is a 2025 Yamaha VX Cruiser HO, donated by Bay Marine & Sports Center Inc. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and registration costs associated with the prize upon receipt.
5. Eligibility: Only one winner will be selected. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. The winner does not need to be present to win.
