During this forum, members of the public are invited to speak for three to five minutes (pending public turnout). If you would like to provide comment, please fill out this form by Wednesday, June 26th, 2024, to ensure you are added to the list of people interested in speaking before the Committee. Chair Olga Morgan Wright will invite additional comments after calling on those who completed the form first.

*The forum may end earlier than 8:00 pm ET in the event there is low participation from members of the public.
