DISC PERSONALITY PROFILE

What is DISC?

DISC is a language that describes the four-dimensions that human behavior is comprised of. The concept of DISC dates back to 400 B.C., however Robert Marston is credited for the DISC model that is commonly used today. The four-dimensions: D-dominant, I-influencing, S-steady, and C-compliant, each represent personalities, communication styles, motivators, and so much more. By learning the DISC language, you open the door to unlimited insights and opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and subsequently improve the effectiveness of your communication. "We're all different, but we're predictably different."
