As we prepare for GO TELL Camp this summer, please see information below regarding camp at Liberty University on June 22-26.

Medical Release Forms:


Everyone attending GO TELL Camp is required to have a completed, signed medical release form on file with our camp nurse.

Please see links below to complete & submit the medical release form online.

On the Thank You page after submitting your form, please download and print/save the form.

Turn a copy in to your youth leader along with a copy of the insurance card, if applicable.

LaHaye Recreation Center Waiver


GO TELL will be using the LaHaye Center for recreation during the week of camp. Liberty University requires everyone (students & adults) to complete & sign the waiver linked below.

Prayer Requests & What to Bring List


We are praying for the students and adults attending camp this summer. If you have specific prayer requests for your son(s)/daughter(s), please complete the form linked below.
