Fidelity’s current footprint stretches along the Interstate 10/12 corridor from Baton Rouge to Slidell. Over the next 18 months, it plans to add two more full-service branches to its current list of 17 and expand its ATM network across the corridor.

Project Management

New Project and Product Support!

Project Management is excited to have recently partnered with Talent Development to roll-out an improved project management processes within the organization.

These changes include:

Implementation of Monday.com, new shared procedures, and a new Service Portal project request process.
New projects, product requests, and changes to existing products can now be submitted online through the Service Portal under Request Something New and selecting Project Management.

Project Management - Innovation Lab

The innovation lab is located at 1220 Veterans Blvd. in Metairie (formally the Vets Drive-Up location), the lab is designed as a designated space representative of the financial center’s desk and teller station layout. Users can reserve the Innovation lab as they would reserve a conference room for a meeting. Access key to the site can be obtained at the Severn Ops location. The space may be reserved for any of the following applications at this time:

Training
Testing/Validation of financial center processes and systems by multiple teams
Ergonomics and productivity workspace setup studies

The Innovation Lab is in a prototype status and is ever evolving as further application and usage are identified. Feedback and questions on Innovation Lab are welcomed - [email protected]
