Once you register, your information is automatically entered into the registration for the conference. You should receive an email confirmation shortly after registering.

How do I pay via credit card?

To pay by credit card, please email [email protected] to request an invoice.

If I wish to cancel my registration will I receive a refund?

No refunds will be given for canceled registrations. However, you can transfer your ticket to another member of your organization or reserve your seat for a ticket for next year's annual summit. For assistance, click here.

I am SHRM certified. How do I claim my SHRM credits for attending?

By request, a certificate will be emailed to SHRM attendees. Requests should be made to [email protected] after the event.
