We invite you to join Nicole & Roque for a Summer Solstice Respite from June 19- June 22. Retreat with us to Bloomingburg NY for a weekend of coming back to the rhythms of nature and yourself as we celebrate the summer solstice. 


There will be daily practices including meditations, asana practice, shaking, dancing, Journaling, all focused on bringing us in alignment to the change of seasons and ourselves. All the practices will be optional including rhe sunrise solstice yoga Mala (108 sun salutations) and energetic limpias. 


Spend time in community enjoying the beuauty of nature around us while nourishing your soul with delicious organic vegan meals prepared by Chef Leo. 

We have rented a beautiful home overlooking the woods in Bloomingburg New York where we will be able to intentionally Curate a serene experience for the attendees.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Nicole Reda

Having grown up around holistic medicine and yoga, it something I have always been passionate about. I started a regular yoga practice in 2012 and became a dedicated student. I graduated my teacher training at the end of February 2020 and have been teaching since fall of 2021. 


My teaching style runs the gamut with a mix of asana, fascia flossing, breath work, acupressure points and mobility movement. I try to take as many different classes as I can in order to combine different techniques and make them my own. My goal is to teach people how to listen to and heal their own bodies and how to keep the body moving with as much space and as little pain as possible. 


I am also currently studying my ancestors practices of Mexican holistic medicine and energy healing.

Roque Rodriguez

Roque Rodriguez is the proud Co-Founder of Suryaside Yoga. He is Co-Director and Co-Lead Trainer of both the Suryaside Yoga and Hosh Yoga 200 hour Teacher Trainings. He received his first Yoga teacher Certification from Yoga To The People in 2009 and continued his studies with the Ishta Yoga 500 Hour level course and at Jason Brown’s Anatomy For Yoga Teachers program.Roque believes that a yoga practice is the most effective way to bring yourself, and in turn the world, in to balance. Whether it’s to become a better athlete, more successful at business, recover from an injury, or improve your relationships with others, a yoga practice can provide you the tools necessary to meet your goals and better honor your intentions. He is honored to share this practice with the world; especially people and communities who have not traditionally had access to the teachings.
