| 1001 will offer a limited number of travel reimbursements for New Worshiping Community leaders to attend the 1001 National Gathering in Estes Park, Colorado October 13-16, 2025. These reimbursements are reserved for individuals currently leading a NWC and are up to $500 of allowable expenses. We are unable to provide travel reimbursement for family members also attending the gathering. Pre-approval is required, so please apply at the time of registration. Expenses will be reimbursed using the form provided following attendance at the event. Receipts must be attached. Allowable expenses are limited to:
- Airfare
- Car Rental (We are not able to reimburse insurance purchased from the rental company or pre-paid fuel.)
- Fuel for rental car
- Mileage (reimbursed at $.70/mile up to the cost of a round trip airline ticket from your home to Denver)
- Shuttle or shared ride service
- Parking
- Uber/Lyft from your home to your home airport
