DOPL rule for BFP contractors - part of your 6 hours have to be on backflow prevention devices. We've teamed up with UPHCA (Utah Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling Association) to satisfy this requirement. How it works: During registration you pick your preferred date and location to a live class that you will attend. Once registered, you will receive a link to a UPHCA video that you will watch in its entirety. Once finished, email [email protected] that you've finished so I have record. Then you will attend the live class you chose from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at which point you are done.

October 25th and November 1st is sold out of in person seats - Zoom available still but no live seats left! Process: I upload hours to DOPL within 48 hours. The last step is after I upload hours, you go to https://dopl.utah.gov/contracting/renew-a-license and pay renewal fee, then you are done until 2025
