| 90 Day Program Access Terms of Use
These 90-Day Access Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Ethiciti’s online training courses provided as part of a limited evaluation program.
1. Purpose of Access Access is provided solely for internal evaluation and review purposes. The program is intended to allow the organization to assess course content, instructional design, and suitability for future training initiatives.
2. Scope and Duration The program provides access for up to three months from the activation date. Access is limited to a maximum of 500 users unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Permitted Use Courses may be accessed by the organization’s employees or internal stakeholders only. Content may not be copied, redistributed, recorded, sublicensed, or made available to third parties outside the organization.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property All course content, materials, designs, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ethiciti. No ownership rights are transferred as part of this program.
5. Confidentiality Program content is considered confidential and proprietary. The organization agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of the materials.
6. No Cost and No Obligation There is no charge for program access. Participation in the program does not create any obligation to purchase, license, or enter into a future agreement with Ethiciti.
7. Feedback Any feedback provided during or after the program may be used by Ethiciti to improve its products and services. Feedback will not be attributed publicly without permission.
8. Availability and Support Program access is provided on an “as-is” basis. While Ethiciti will make reasonable efforts to ensure availability, uptime and support levels during the program are not guaranteed.
9. Removal of Materials and Usage Reporting Upon expiration of the program period, the organization agrees to permanently remove all course files and related materials from its LMS and systems and to provide Ethiciti with a usage report summarizing access and course activity during the program period.
10. Termination Ethiciti may suspend or terminate program access if these Terms are violated or if the program period concludes. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Acknowledgment By submitting the program access form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Program Access Terms of Use on behalf of your organization.
