| TCA Director position
Role Overview: Seeking a dedicated leader to provide spiritual, educational, operational, and administrative leadership for our early childhood program.
Key Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field * At least 12-24 months of experience in childcare administration within a licensed setting * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills grounded in Christian character
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct daily operations, licensing compliance, and health/safety protocols
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor staff while maintaining a positive team culture
- Implement a Christ-centered curriculum and build strong parent and community relationships
- Lead marketing and outreach efforts to drive recruitment and sustain student enrollment
- Manage tuition, purchasing, and annual budget operations
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000, depending on experience
