2020 was a year full of challenges, difficulties, and learning experiences. There was no anticipation of a Global Pandemic, therefore the initial adjustment period was stressful & unguided. From shortages on hand sanitizer to toilet paper, navigation of a broken supply chain was tough.
The Chudy Team put their customers first. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible. It was important to us to immediately communicate our vender's messages regarding lead times and price increases.
As we move into 2021, and the Global Pandemic and Broken Supply Chain is still prevalent; The Chudy Team will focus on actively improving how we can best serve our loyal customer base and strive to achieve transparency, while fulfilling orders and inquiries.
