We are grateful for your hard work, service and sacrifice! We recognize the importance of replenishing your own energy and focus, especially when you are giving so much to others on a daily basis.

To help you take care of yourself, we are offering you 3 months of virtual wellness classes totally free. These classes include Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, and Meditation. All classes are done live, on your own device via Zoom, and in the comfort of your own home. Beginners are welcome!

Can't make the scheduled classes? You will also have access to our extensive library of recorded classes, so if you can't attend a live class (we know your schedules can be crazy and unpredictable), or if you want to do additional classes, those recordings are available to you 24hrs a day!
