What Makes The Recording Room Different?

Our traditional CEU programs follow educational outlines that have been reviewed and approved by continuing education agencies. While these programs provide valuable education, the approved format can limit how far discussions venture beyond the planned material.

The HOA & Condo Recording Room gives us the freedom to explore topics in greater depth, follow unexpected questions, and take conversations in directions we may never have anticipated. Our panelists bring their expertise, but the audience plays an important role in shaping the discussion.

Your questions, experiences, and perspectives can help determine where the program goes.

Here's what makes these sessions unique:

• Ask Questions and Participate: Join the conversation, share your experiences, and help our experts explore the issues that matter most to you.
• Unscripted Discussions: Our panelists have the freedom to go beyond a predetermined outline and explore subjects in greater depth.
• More Time for Q&A: Instead of squeezing questions into the final few minutes, we can spend additional time addressing audience concerns.
• Flexible Program Lengths: Some sessions might last 15 minutes, others 60 minutes or longer. We'll take the time the subject deserves.
• More Experts, More Perspectives: Flexible scheduling allows us to feature highly respected industry professionals from across the country who may not be available for our regularly scheduled livestreams.

What About Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)?

Participation in a live Recording Room session does not qualify for CEU credit.

That's intentional.

Our traditional CEU programs must follow approved educational outlines and meet specific requirements. While these requirements are important, they can limit the flexibility of a live discussion.

With The Recording Room, we want our experts and audience to have the freedom to explore topics without those restrictions.

Following the recording, we intend to prepare finalized versions of these educational programs for CEU availability, subject to applicable educational requirements and approvals.

Why We're Introducing The Recording Room

Over the years, we've been fortunate to work with outstanding professionals throughout the community association industry.

However, many of the most experienced and successful industry leaders have demanding schedules that make it difficult to participate in our regularly scheduled livestreams.

Others are located across the country, where time zone differences can make scheduling challenging.

The Recording Room allows us to work around their availability rather than requiring them to work around ours.

This flexibility opens the door to additional experts, different perspectives, and educational opportunities that might otherwise never happen.

It also means that some recordings may take place later in the day or be scheduled with very little advance notice.

Introducing Our Recording Room VIP Invitation List

We know your inbox is already crowded.

That's why we generally send just one educational email each Monday morning.

However, The Recording Room operates a little differently.

Because we're working around the schedules of busy industry experts from across the country, recording opportunities may arise quickly.

A session might be scheduled for the very next day, take place later than our usual programs, or occasionally need to be rescheduled or canceled.

That's why we're creating a special Recording Room VIP email list.
