Regain Your Energy, Reduce Your Stress...

and Finally Feel at Home in Your Body Again

The Feel-Good Body Project is an 8-week guided wellness experience for busy women 40+ who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start supporting them with simple movement, nourishing habits, and stress relief that fit real life.

No strict diets. No overwhelming routines. Just a realistic way to feel like yourself again.

Built around the WISE Body™ Method, this program helps you learn to listen to your body's wisdom instead of fighting against it.

Your body doesn't need more discipline. It needs support.

You don't need another program

that makes you feel like you're failing.

Deep down, you probably already know many of the things that would help you feel better.

Drink more water.

Move your body more consistently.

Eat in a way that supports your energy.

Manage stress better.

Get more sleep.

Take better care of yourself.

Knowing what to do has never really been the problem.

Doing it consistently when life gets busy...that's the hard part.

Not because you don’t care.

Not because you’re lazy.

Not because you “just need more discipline.”

But because real life is messy.

You get busy.

You get tired.

You get stressed.

You put everyone else first.

And before you know it, you've disappeared from your own priority list.

You do well for a few days, then something throws you off,

and suddenly it feels like you’re back at square one again.

So instead of building momentum, you keep starting over.

And after a while, it’s exhausting.

Not just physically but emotionally, too.

Because it’s not only about wanting to eat better or exercise more.

It’s about wanting to feel better in your body.

To have more energy.

To feel calmer and less reactive.

To stop feeling like your body is something you’re constantly fighting with.

To create healthy habits that fit your life instead of asking your life to fit another program.

You do not need more willpower.

You don't need another program that asks you to be perfect.

You need support that works with your life instead of against it.

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of “I’ll start again Monday,” you’re not alone.

Maybe you’ve been feeling like:

  • You know what you should be doing, but following through feels inconsistent or overwhelming

  • You’re tired of bouncing between “doing great” and “completely off track”

  • Stress, exhaustion, emotional eating, or a packed schedule keep knocking you out of your routine

  • Your body has changed, your energy has changed, and what used to work doesn’t seem to work anymore

  • You want to feel healthier, stronger, and more comfortable in your body but not through another rigid diet or "No Pain, No Gain" workout plan

  • You want a way to take care of yourself that feels doable, encouraging, and sustainable

  • You’re tired of feeling like every healthy habit has to be done perfectly or it “doesn’t count”

If that sounds familiar, The Feel-Good Body Project was created for you.

A NEW WAY FORWARD

In the Feel-Good Body Project, you will learn how to understand what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

The WISE Body Method

Inside The Feel-Good Body Project, I’ll guide you through my WISE Body Method - a simple 4-part process that helps you stop fighting your body and start supporting it.

W - Witness

Notice what’s really going on with your energy, stress, hunger, self-talk, and body cues — without shame or judgment.

I - Interpret

Understand the patterns underneath your habits so you can see what’s driving inconsistency, emotional eating, shutdown, or self-sabotage.

S - Support

Use movement, nourishment, and stress-regulating practices to help your body feel steadier, calmer, and better cared for.

E - Embody

Create a realistic way of taking care of yourself that builds self-trust and helps you keep going long after the program ends.

Because lasting wellness doesn't come from pushing harder. It comes from learning to work with your body instead of against it.

WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE OVER THE NEXT 8 WEEKS

Instead of trying to change everything overnight, we'll take one step at a time.

Together we'll learn how to:

  • Listen to your body's signals instead of ignoring them.
  • Understand how stress, energy, food, and movement are connected.
  • Build simple habits that fit your real life.
  • Move your body in ways that feel enjoyable and supportive.
  • Create a sustainable way of caring for yourself that lasts long after the program ends.

Because lasting wellness isn't about becoming a different person.

It's about becoming the woman who knows how to support herself.

Because midlife bodies don't respond to pressure.

They respond to support.

MY STORY

Why learn from me?

Hi, I’m Jami.

I created The Feel-Good Body Project for women who are tired of trying to “fix” themselves with guilt, pressure, and unrealistic plans.

I know how easy it is to end up stuck in the cycle of doing well for a few days, getting thrown off by stress or exhaustion, and feeling like you have to start all over again. I did this for a long time until a health crisis forced me to step back and listen to what my body had desperately been trying to tell me.

Most women do not need another program that tells them to be stricter, push harder, or do everything perfectly.

They need support.

They need tools that work in real life.

They need a way to reconnect with their body instead of fighting it.

They need movement, nourishment, and stress support that feel doable and compassionate.

And they need a process that helps them keep going even when life isn’t neat and tidy.

That’s why I built The Feel-Good Body Project around the WISE Body Method - so you can learn how to understand your body, support it, and create a feel-good routine you can actually live with.

Your body has been talking to you for years.

Maybe...

through exhaustion.

through stress.

through frustration.

through the feeling that something isn't quite right.

What if none of those were signs that your body was failing you?

What if they were invitations to begin listening?

If you're ready to stop fighting yourself...

I'd love to help you come home to your body.

The questions you're already asking:

Q. Is this another diet?

No. There are no meal plans to follow, no foods forbidden, no rules to white-knuckle your way through. This is about understanding your body, not restricting it.

Q. Will this help me lose weight?

Many women find their bodies naturally settle when the fight ends. But the goal here is partnership with your body, not a number on a scale. We measure success in energy, trust, and feeling at home in your body. However, with that focus shift, most of the women who have gone through the Feel-Good Body Project have lost weight or shifted their body composition.

Q. What if I've failed at plans before?

You haven't failed - the approach failed you. Willpower was never the missing ingredient. This is a different path entirely and it doesn't ask you to be perfect.

Q. How much time does it take?

The lessons are gently paced - a little reflection most days. You move at your own pace and lifetime access means there's no pressure to keep up.

Q. Is this right for me in menopause?

Especially then. Menopause is a season of profound bodily change, and learning your body's language becomes more valuable than ever as the old rules stop working.

Q. Do I need to exercise?

You'll learn to move with joy, not obligation. Movement here is something you're invited to enjoy, in whatever form feels good - never a punishment to endure or a path to earning food.

Q. What if I can't make the group Zoom calls?

While it's best if you can, I know life gets in the way sometimes. The replays will be sent out to the group.

"I enjoyed Jami's non-judgmental and practical approach to providing tools, education and support so participants could make better choices in their daily lives. The community support was wonderful."

"I definitely have more energy. I didn't realize HOW bad it was before. In general, I feel better, I am sleeping better and stress is easier to deal with. Being able to cut back on my sugar intake made a huge difference. I've lost 20 pounds since beginning the program 6 months ago."

Amber

I was able to gain consistency in healthier eating. I also learned to not be so down on myself. Jami is encouraging, positive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the FGBP.
