Annual Awards Dinner Menu Join us for a delightful culinary experience at our annual awards dinner, featuring a sumptuous buffet with a variety of delicious options. Our entrees include Herbed Chicken Veronique, an oven-roasted chicken breast served with Chardonnay Camembert sauce; Smoked Beef Brisket, slow-smoked to achieve a rich, savory flavor and served with a sweet onion gravy; and Cheese Tortellini, served with a hearty roasted vegetable and tomato basil sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Accompaniments for the meal include freshly baked rolls and butter, a tossed salad served with a choice of ranch or Northern Italian dressing, roasted red skin potatoes, a choice of grain or rice, and a colorful vegetable medley consisting of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, and red bell peppers. A pre-set dessert will be provided to complete your meal.
