Join us for a kayak float on the scenic Little Miami River. Spot wildlife with Warren County Park District and learn how you can help keep litter out of the river with the Onion Bag Litter Prevention Program. Shuttling, boats, gear and kayak instruction provided.

Hosted by Countryside YMCA, Warren County Park District, and United Way of Warren County, this community event brings people together in support of health, wellness, and connection.

Go on an adventure with Orienteering Cincinnati, and enjoy fishing with naturalists. Bring a pole if you have one; we will have some to borrow as well. We'll bring the bait. Lots of activities, a craft, and opportunities to explore the park. Pack a picnic lunch and extend your adventure!
This open house style program is free and open to the public. All children must have a responsible grown-up with them at all times.
Pre-registration will close at 8pm the night before the event. Walk-ups are accepted but will take a little more time.

Celebrate bats at Armco Park with our partners from Warren County Soil and Water Conservation District, the Cincinnati Museum Center, and South Dayton Wildlife Rehab! Participants will have a chance to meet live bats, learn about how important they are in our ecosystem, and go on a hike to search for bats in the park.
Participants should dress for the weather and wear study shoes. This program takes place both inside and outside. Registration ends 24 hrs before event.

Join us to experience nature at night and discover the magic of hiking at night when the full moon lights the way. We will stick to easy terrain as we watch the full moon at Hisey Park.
Participants should wear close toed shoes and dress for the weather as we will be outside the whole time. This program is recommended for ages 4 and up. Because of the full moon, flashlights are not necessary, but you may bring one if you wish.

The Clean Sweep is an annual volunteer event focused on removing trash and restoring the health of the Great Miami River. It’s an opportunity to learn about our river, and it’s a time to come together with your community to accomplish something vital and worthy on behalf of our Great Miami River. This cleanup is coordinated by many partners, attended by hundreds of wonderful volunteers, and helped through the generosity of sponsors.
