Tuan Nguyen is an associate attorney in Fisher Phillips Irvine office. He defends clients in various employment-related disputes, helps them comply with laws and regulations governing the workplace, and counsels them on other aspects of employment relationships. As a litigator, he has settled numerous cases and argued motions in federal, state, and appellate courts in several jurisdictions. His experience includes obtaining a successful outcome as first chair at trial representing a corporate entity in a trademark infringement, breach of contract, and business dispute.
