Bronson Promoted to Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Lorrie Bronson was recently promoted to Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Adelphoi. She has been a dedicated member of Adelphoi’s team for the past 18 years, previously serving as Talent Sourcing Partner. In her new role, she will lead the Talent Acquisition team, oversee the organization's new employee onboarding process, and continue to play an active role in recruiting.

Throughout her 18-year career at Adelphoi, Bronson has gained extensive experience in human resources, employee onboarding, and talent acquisition. She spent approximately 13 years supporting new employee onboarding before transitioning into recruitment, where she has spent the past five years helping attract top talent to the organization.

Bronson resides in her hometown of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, with her husband. She enjoys spending time with family, especially her husband, daughter, son-in-law, two grandchildren, and grand-pup. She also enjoys traveling and attending racing events.
