Hello, Living Springs Church Family,

This week we are hearing stories of multiple physical healings! It is so exciting to watch the power of God being demonstrated. We are also hearing of people being born again as well as lives being transformed by the love of God.

There is much anticipation as we look forward to what God is going to do throughout the rest of this week, and especially on Sunday morning as we come together. The Holy Spirit has been moving in powerful ways.

I trust you have felt the Lord’s arms wrapped around you in a tangible way. The Scripture tells us that He hides us under the shadow of His wings. He is our protector. We are not to be in fear of difficult circumstances going on around us. In fact, the Scripture asks this rhetorical question, ”What can separate us from the love of God?” It goes on to plainly state that nothing can separate us from God‘s love. It is a great comfort to know that the Lord is always with us as we go through this life. As well, He is preparing an eternal home for when our time comes to leave this earth. Living for Jesus is amazing!

The whole world is searching for this hope. Let Jesus shine out of you this week! Be bold in extending the Good News to those around you. If you’re not sure where to begin, tell them what God has done for you. Testimony is a great way to share the Gospel. Perhaps, you can invite them to church. We have had many people come to service for the first time in recent weeks.

I pray that you and your family will know the incredible security and joy of resting in your Father‘s arms!

Youth (Gr. 6-12)

Regina - Fridays from 7-9:30 PM

JOIN US TONIGHT! We encourage all our students to bring their friends for an enjoyable time together.

Seniors Youth:

Activity: The Seniors will be doing Bible Studies on Romans 8 at a coffee shop. Feel free to bring some money if you'd like to enjoy a cup of coffee during the session.

Juniors Youth:

Activity: The Juniors have an exciting evening planned, including various games, activities, and a teaching session on Worship.

Our last Friday night youth will be on December 15th.

Regina - Mondays from 6:30-8:30 PM

Junior Youth Group: Discovering "I AM" - Our junior youths are starting something awesome—exploring "I AM." It's all about understanding that God's amazing sons and daughters are meant to shine. To make this happen, we need to do things differently, like going against what the world says and holding on tight to our promise with God.
Senior Youth Group: "Driven by Eternity" - Our senior youth are still diving into "Driven by Eternity." This theme is all about thinking long-term and how our choices connect with our eternal purpose.

Our last Monday class for the year is on December 11th.

LSC Family Cleaning Day

We are looking for volunteers who are willing and able to help with a deep clean of our church buildings. If you are able to come for any period of time from 1pm - 4pm on Saturday, Dec. 2nd please reach out to Audrey at [email protected] in Regina and Tanis Rollefstad at [email protected] in Moose Jaw, or sign up at the info table.

Budget & Finance Class

Do you know that no matter where you are in your financial journey, God wants to bless you? Come and find out God’s principles of stewardship and learn how to apply them in your life.

This is a regular evening for our Master’s Commission students that will be open to everyone free of charge. Please come for a special ministry time at 6:00pm and class will begin at 7:00pm on Tuesday, Dec. 5th.

Christmas Hamper Donations

If you would like to donate non-perishable food items for our Christmas hampers this year, please drop off at church until Dec. 10th. There will be a bin at both locations. If you would like to donate financially for our Christmas Hampers, please E-transfer to [email protected] and in the memo box type “Needs Fund” or you can give in the offering box on Sunday and note on the envelope “Needs Fund.”

Winter Clothing Donations

We are looking for clean and gently used winter clothing for distribution by our street ministry. All donations can be dropped off in the bin at the Regina location.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Christmas Banquet/Kids Production

Regina: Dec. 10th at 5:30pm (Kids Production at 4:30pm). If you are not able to come to the banquet you are still welcome to the kids production.

Moose Jaw: Dec. 17th at 11:45am (Kids Production during service)

Cost: Adult $20, 12 years and under $10, 6 years and under are free, Max pricing for immediate household is $75. Registration for extended family or friends is now open. The last day to register is on Sunday, Dec. 3rd in Regina and Sunday, Dec. 10th in Moose Jaw.

Holy Spirit Nights:

This is a time of worship and to pray for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit on our lives. We have placed the two events a month apart because we see it as an opportunity for our church family in both locations to come together to experience the wonderful presence of God. Come join us in Moose Jaw on Thursday, Dec. 14th at 6:30pm and in Regina on Wednesday, Jan. 10th at 6:30pm.

Water Baptism

Water Baptism is a very important part of publicly confessing Jesus as your Saviour and Lord. If you have not been water baptized, we would love to walk you through that process. Please feel free to contact one of the church staff.
