What ages are no health questions? Applicants between 64-70 years old are not required to answer any health questions. Issue ages are 18-85.

How does a client file a claim? Your clients can complete a claim form and mail, fax, or email it. The claim form can be found under the Forms tab on the LBIG Agent Portal or on our website.

Average turnaround time is 10-15 business days. This may vary depending on the claim.
How often can a client submit a claim? In-patient benefits reset after 60-days of non-utilization. If a client still has benefit days left and it is within 60 days, they can use any remaining days.
If a client wants to change benefits, can they do this without a new application? Yes, if the client wants to reduce benefits, they can accomplish this without reapplying. However, if the client wants to increase benefits, that would require a new application.
Can the client pick the draft date of their premium? Yes. They can choose the date or match it to their social security check deposit. |
